The basic design, carrying out alternative studies, and final design for a new process flow within an existing production line. Completed within 8 months, including phase review and budget approval. The project scope includes modifying the input section, replacing the entire process section (including basement systems), and adjusting the output section. Documenting and defining all automation controls was part of the scope. The project was handed over for execution.
