Over a period of 20 years in employment, Jan progressed from hands-on engineer to project manager of large international industrial automation projects in the oil and gas industry.
Since 2010, he has been active as a self-employed project manager for technical and industrial projects. His experience spans several industries, including oil & gas, (petro)chemicals, nuclear, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals. He has worked for industrial end-users, EPC contractors, and suppliers.
Jan guides his clients through the full development trajectory of a project: from defining initial conditions, outlining the high-level scope, planning and budget framework, to managing the design process, tendering, contract award, and project execution.
Jan oversees projects in their entirety, navigating between the business and technical aspects. Investment sizes range from several hundred thousand to tens of millions of euros.
